Sales Tax
Information needed:
- Sales Tax ID Number
- MTC or local sales tax exemption form
A valid sales tax or resale identification number is needed to create an account.
Upon placing your first order, stores will need to submit an MTC or local tax exemption form.*

Note: The exemption form differs from your sales tax certificate.
*The MTC form is not accepted in New Mexico or Louisiana—stores in these states will need to submit their own state-specific tax exemption form.
Shipping
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible! Please allow 4-7 business days for shipping, with most orders shipping within 1-3 days. Orders are shipped using the best rate possible. Free local pick up available in Omaha, NE.
If you need your order by a certain date, let us know! We'll do everything we can to make it happen.
Photos + Copyright
With your order, you have permission to use our product photos on your website and social media.
Written permission is required for use of our photos in paid or print advertising.
Our designs and artwork are exclusive and copyright to The Anastasia Co., LLC, and may not be copied, recreated, or reproduced.
Backorders
You will be notified of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will continue to ship unless otherwise requested.
Once an item is available, it will ship free of shipping charge. All backordered items will be invoiced at the time of your original purchase.
Packaging
Items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
Sales Channels
Items may be resold in a retail storefront, pop up event, farmers markets, or online via your store's independent website.
- Selling on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Amazon, Google) is prohibited.
Paid Advertising
We love when our products are shared, but to protect our brand and ensure our products are represented accurately, we require written permission before using our products in paid advertising. If you’d like to feature our products in a paid campaign, simply reach out to us for approval.
